1. Who we are

These terms apply to the website houseng.co and to the online tools we offer on it, including the Property Assessment Tool (P.A.T.) ("Services"). The provider is Houseng Konaklama Yönetim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Houseng"), Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cd. No:175/7 Ferko Signature, Assembly Buildings Kat B4, PK34394, Şişli, İstanbul, Türkiye. 2. What the Services are

The website and the P.A.T. give general information and a preliminary, rules-based assessment of a property. They are not a valuation, a legal or financial opinion, or an offer. They make no promise of income, occupancy, or return.

3. Contracts are separate

A business relationship with Houseng (for example property management or operating services) exists only after both sides sign a written contract. Enquiries, assessments, drafts and messages do not create a contract or an obligation to conclude one.

4. Your use

You agree to give accurate information, not to upload data or documents you have no right to share, not to attack, copy or disrupt the Services, and not to use them unlawfully.

5. Our content

The Houseng name, logo, texts, designs and software belong to Houseng or its licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

6. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or use third-party services (for example Meta, Google). Their own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for them.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate but give them "as is" without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Houseng is not liable for indirect loss or for decisions made only on the basis of the Services. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.

10. Law and disputes

Turkish law applies. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
