Our story

Born from the gap between potential and performance.

Houseng was founded in Istanbul on a simple observation: independent hospitality businesses (serviced apartments, boutique hotels, apart hotels) were performing below their potential. Not for lack of quality, but for lack of the right infrastructure.

Distribution was fragmented. Revenue management was reactive. Operations were stretched. Tools existed, but they were designed for large chains, not for independent operators.

We built Houseng to close that gap: one platform, one partner, with every property adapted to where it is today and where it wants to go.
