What we collect

When you contact us through forms on our website, social media lead forms, e-mail, telephone or in person, we collect:

• Your name and surname
• Your phone number and e-mail address
• Information about your property (location, number of units, current condition)
• Records of your enquiry and our conversations

If a contract is concluded, we also process your invoicing and payment details.

Why we process your data

• To assess your enquiry and respond to you
• To identify a suitable service model for your property and prepare a proposal
• To perform the contract, if one is concluded
• To meet our invoicing, accounting and tax obligations
• To inform you about our services, where you have given consent

Our legal bases under KVKK Art. 5/2 are: processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests. Marketing communications and marketing cookies rely solely on your explicit consent.

Marketing consent is separate

Receiving promotional e-mails, SMS or calls from us depends on a separate explicit consent, independent of your having read this policy. Withholding that consent does not prevent us from assessing your enquiry.

You may withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge, by writing to [email protected] or using the opt-out link in any message.

Who we share your data with

• Our accountants and bookkeeping providers
• Our lawyers and legal advisers
• Banks and payment institutions
• Competent public authorities, where required by law
• Suppliers engaged to deliver the service

Because our lead forms run through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., information you submit through those forms is also processed on Meta's servers outside Türkiye. Our cloud infrastructure and e-mail providers may also be located abroad. Such transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

• Enquiries not resulting in a contract: 2 years from last contact
• Contractual relationship data: 10 years from termination of the contract
• Invoicing and accounting records: 10 years
• Marketing consent records: 3 years from withdrawal of consent

At the end of these periods your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function. With your consent we also use performance and marketing cookies, including the Meta Pixel, which allow us to measure advertising performance.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request erasure or destruction
• Request that rectification or erasure be notified to recipients
• Object to a detrimental result arising from purely automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom

You may additionally have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Türkiye is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; your data is transferred to Türkiye on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
